Our dogs are guaranteed to be free of genetically related problems of the eyes, hips and elbows, EIC or CNM.  As of the date of sale, the dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases.  A full refund of the purchase price will be awarded to the original buyer of this dog if a genetic health problem should arise with the eyes, hips, elbows, EIC or CNM before the dog is 26 months old. Any claims will be verified by the breeder’s veterinarian before a refund is granted.  At the time of the refund the dog must be spayed or neutered at the owner’s expense.  Purchaser agrees to maintain this dog through proper vaccinations, veterinary care, diet, exercise and clean suitable housing.  Puppies cannot be spayed or neutered before 12 months of age to ensure proper growth and to avoid potential skeletal health problems. Doing so voids this guarantee.  Dogs are not to be bred before 24 months of age, if the dog is bred before 24 months of age or if the dog is bred at any time to a breed other than an AKC or UKC-registered Labrador Retriever, the health guarantee will be voided and the dog may be repossessed with no refund.  If there is any evidence of neglect or abuse of this dog, at any time, this contract will be terminated immediately and the dog will be repossessed by Rangerwood Kennels, with no refund to the buyer. This dog cannot be transferred to a second party without the consent of Rangerwood Kennels. Rangerwood Kennels reserves the right to purchase the dog back if such a situation arises that the buyer no longer wants the dog. 

When registering this dog with the AKC, Rangerwood must be used in the Registered Name (ie. Rangerwoods Bud or Bud of Rangerwood).
