Emi has a loaded AKC and UKC pedigree full of hunt test titled dogs. She has a quiet, sweet disposition but good drive in the field. She was originally trained as an upland dog with her previous trainer and does very well finding and retrieving pheasants. We’ve been working on her waterfowl skills and she’s an excellent marker, very steady and she loves the water. Drake was the foundation of our kennel. He was one of the top dogs in the country on the National Bird Dog, Pheasant Hunters Unlimited and Wisconsin Series circuits. He won 6 National Championships ( 2 BDC and 4 PHU) and 2 BDC World Championships, along with numerous Dog of the Year titles on all circuits and is still ranked number 9 in lifetime points nationally with the BDC (2 of his half siblings Tikka and Dezi are ranked 1 and 2) and is the Number 1 dog lifetime on the PHU circuit with nearly 700 more points than the next closest dog which was his half sister, Reba. Drake produced some amazing pups over the years that have also been National champions, great gun dogs and family companions. Black pups expected with the possibility of yellows.
